Borchers® Deca Zinc 11/12 is a metallic salt derived from neodecanoic acid and naphthenic acid,
containing no VOC. It is used as an anti-corrosion additive for lubricants.

Borchers® Deca Zinc 11/12 has outstanding anti-corrosion properties. For this reason, it is used primarily in lubricants for compressor systems and refrigerators where it serves to reduce wear.
Anti-corrosion additive for lubricants and catalyst for epoxy systems.
Our experience has shown the addition of zinc metal to be between 0.03 and 0.50 %, calculated on the solid binder.
The exact addition depends on the binder used and should be determined in each individual case by means of preliminary trials.
Protect from the effects of weathering and store at temperatures between 5 and 30 °C.
Once opened, containers should be resealed immediately after each removal of the product.
