  • Features

    • Enhanced substrate wetting
    • Lowers surface tension of a wide range of formulated systems
    • Inhibits the formation of surface defects
    • Provides slip and block resistance
    • Promotes higher gloss and less haze in cured finishes

  • Applications

    • Air drying alkyd and acrylic finishes
    • Chemically curing binders
      • Hydroxyl bearing acrylics and polyesters
      • Polyester melamines
      • Epoxies
      • Certain UV systems

  • Dosage

The recommended dosage is 0.1 % to 0.5 % of the total weight of the formulation depending upon the binder system and which property is being addressed. The exact dosage should be experimentally determined. Borchi® Gol LA 6 is easy to use and can be added at any stage of the formulation; however, for best results we recommend adding it at the end of the formula. Higher amounts may be needed in pigmented systems.

  • Storage

Protect from the effects of weathering and store at temperatures between 5 and 30 °C. Once opened, containers should be resealed immediately after each removal of the product.

  • Safety
